What's the cost of shipping?

Shipping is FREE with your subscription!

When will you ship my subscription box?

Boxes are shipped on or before the last day of the month. Quarterly Seasonal subscriptions will ship on or before the last day of the month in January, April, July, and October.  

How long will it take to arrive?

We ship via USPS Priority mail.  Packages should arrive in 1-5 business days once shipped, barring any carrier delays. Due to COVID-19 causing delays, please be patient with shipping services.

When will I be charged?
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout.

Orders and Subscription Management

How can I check my order status?
Go to “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay. You may not cancel orders after they have been started, or after they have been shipped.
Can I change my subscription?
Sure! Login to your account and click "Manage Subscription". From there, you may pause, skip, or cancel your membership
Can I order custom products?
Yes! Visit our store and shop products available. Don't see something you're looking for? Contact me directly.
How do I track an order?
After your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the My Accounts links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
When will I receive my credit?
Typically, credits take 7-10 business days to post from the time we process them. Depending on your bank, it may not show on your account until your next billing statement.
