Shipping Information

What's the cost of shipping?

Shipping is FREE with Door Hanger of the Month Club, Seasonal Door Hanger Club, and Blank Door Hanger of the Month subscriptions.

When will you ship my subscription box?

Door Hanger of the Month Club
Door Hanger of the Month subscriptions are shipped on or before the last day of the month.

Seasonal Door Hanger Club
Seasonal subscriptions ship on or before the last day of the month in January, April, July, and October.

Blank Door Hanger of the Month
Blanks ship within the first week of the month.

How long will my shipment take to arrive?

We ship via USPS Priority mail. Boxes should arrive in 1-5 business days once shipped, barring any carrier delays. Due to COVID-19 causing delays, please be patient with shipping services.

Payment Information

When will I be charged?

Door Hanger of the Month Club
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout. Future membership payments will automatically be debited from your account on the 10th of the month.

Blank Door Hanger of the Month
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout. Future membership payments will automatically be debited from your account on the 1st of the month.

Prepay and Save
All Prepay and Save subscriptions will automatically renew for the next 3, 6, or 12 months after the prepayment period. Future payments will be automatically debited on the 1st of the month for Blank Door Hanger of the Month and on the 10th of the month for Door Hanger of the Month Club.
Seasonal Door Hanger Club
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout. Future membership payments will automatically be debited from your account on the 10th of January, April, July, and October.

Tiff's Template Tribe
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout, and your membership will automatically renew each month on the same date as your first payment.

Workshops and Other Products
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout.

Orders and Subscription Management

How can I check my order status?

Access your customer account by clicking the "My Account" icon at the top right of the page. When you log in, you'll see a list of recent orders.

How can I manage my subscription?

Log in to your customer account and click "Manage Subscription." From there, you can cancel your subscription or change your delivery address. You may not cancel orders after they have been started, or after they have been shipped.

Can I order custom products?

Yes! Visit our Etsy store and shop products available. Don't see something you're looking for? Contact us directly via our contact page.

How do I track an order?

After your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also check your order status and view your tracking number by clicking “Order History” in your customer account.

When will I receive my refund credit?

Typically, credits take 7-10 business days to post from the time we process them. Depending on your bank, it may not show on your account until your next billing statement.

When will I be charged for my gift card?
Your card will be debited for the amount of the gift card as soon as you place your order.
When will I receive my gift card?
Gift cards are typically emailed out within 30 minutes of purchase (some orders may take longer). Please check your promotions and spam folders if you do not see it in your inbox. Need help? Feel free to reach out to queenofmycastledesigns@hotmail.com.
What if I want a different amount?
If you'd like to buy a gift card for a different amount, please reach out to us via email at queenofmycastledesigns@hotmail.com, and we will make it happen!
What else should I know?
Gift Cards are not returnable, refundable, or redeemable for cash except as required by law. Most discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards. Gift cards may be used in conjunction with discount codes. By purchasing a gift card, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Sending Gift Cards

How will my gift card be delivered?
You will receive two emails upon purchase -- one purchase confirmation, and one email with your new gift card.
Do you send gift cards to recipients?
Nope! We give you full control over when, where, and how you share your gift card with your recipient. We'll send your gift card to your email address upon purchase. To send the gift card to a friend, simply forward the email to their inbox -- or print it out and add it to a cute card!

Using Gift Cards

Do gift cards expire?
No, gift cards do not expire. This means you can wait as long as you'd like to share it with your recipient, and they can wait as long as they'd like to use it.
Where can I find my gift card number?
To view your gift card number, click the "View gift card" button in your gift card email. Be sure to keep the email or write down your gift card number for your records.

Where can I use my gift card?
Gift cards can be applied to purchases made at queenofmycastledesigns.com. Gift cards cannot be applied to purchases made through our Etsy shop.
Can I use my gift card to buy a gift card?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
Can I use multiple gift cards per order?
Lucky you! Absolutely.
My gift card doesn't cover the full amount of my order. Now what?
If your gift card does not cover the full amount of your order, you will be prompted to add a second method of payment in the checkout process.
